Hoteller nær Cave Garden

"Property location is really nice with good views, food was good. Room needs bit of furnishing, as there were no wardrobes.. Slightly over priced compared to the amenities in the room. Hospitality was better when this hotel was called Manu Maharani, this time felt like corporate vibe with less personal touch.. More like money and profits.. Thanks"

"Very nice hotel, good facilities og very fine service, friendly staff. Situated a bit uphills away from the noisy city. Excellent view to Lake Naini. Food very good. Perfect for birdwatching, many birds in the garden i.e. Redflanked Bush Robin, Blackheaded Jay etc."

"It is a decent property with good staff, delicious food. Some buildings of the property are under renovation so some nearby noise keeps troubling you. Location is good with complimentary shuttle service"

"Excellent heritage property surrounded by lush green trees with beautiful mountains in the distance. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast offered good variety, and the local dinner dishes were absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the market."

"Breakfast was good The facilities at the hotel were very poor . Not enough hot water with a notice in bathroom saying you have to wait 25 min after filling up one bucket of hot water. We were given miniscule Bottles for soap and shampoo. Nowhere near 4 star. 2 star is the rating for this hotel. Very disappointed"

"We, family of 6 stayed there for 5 nights in dec21. Pros: 1. Spacious rooms with powerful heater in place. 2. Good breakfast. Dinner is lip smackingly delicious. 3. Great heritage properry. 4. Very good service Cons: 1. The approach road to the property is very very steep."

"The property was nice and we have enjoyed our stay."

"Staff were amazing, great place to visit. "

"I have pictures of broken walls, stained and dirty bedsheets. Never stay here."

"Good"

"Room was beyong our expectation. Staff was friendly and understanding. Best part was the peacefull environment. We enjoyed every second and food was good. A must stay place if you are visiting Nanital with family and specially kids."

"This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!"

"THey gave us a room behind the garbage area which was having bad smell. Also, when we called to staff there was no response so everytime we had to go personally for any issue."

"The hotel charges sky high rates… I paid 12K per room night in a place like Nainital… in exchange of terrible food, unresponsive room service. The hotel relies only on it’s heritage status and nothing else. Would never recommend it to anyone."
