DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND BUILDING:

This building is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Three nearby grocery stores can be reached in just 1-3 minutes, making it convenient to stock up on essentials. It takes only 20 minutes to walk to the market square with its many historical monuments, wonderful atmosphere and beautiful architecture, while in a quarter of an hour you can reach a vast, picturesque park on foot. This is a great place to relax for parents traveling with their kids, participants of business trips, as well as groups of friends. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can find as many as eight local restaurants serving dishes from a variety of countries. On the other hand, a café can be reached in 8 minutes. The shopping center is a 7-minute walk from the property. Active leisure enthusiasts can reach a bowling alley or tennis court in 3-7 minutes by car. The route to the water park takes 22 minutes, and to the airport just over half an hour. There is no shortage of public transport stops nearby, making the point perfectly connected with the rest of the city. The railway station can be reached in 7 minutes. Motorized guests can use a parking space located in the underground garage hall.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:

This spacious apartment has been decorated in a traditional style, making the interior cozy and comfortable to use. The unit is located on the second floor and can accommodate as many as six people, making it an excellent choice for large families and groups of friends. The living room has a corner sofa bed along with a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, a cabinet for handy trinkets and a television. Visitors can relax in the evenings, watching programs on cable channels or hosting an atmospheric movie session using the available set of three speakers. Both bedrooms offer a roomy closet and cabinets, as well as double beds. One of the bedrooms has a desk with a chair to offer, allowing for convenient remote work. On the furnished balcony you can enjoy a snack or morning coffee with a view of the surrounding area. The apartment has two bathrooms - one has a bathtub with a washing machine, while the other houses a shower. Towels, a hairdryer and a welcome toiletries kit await guests. Meals can be prepared in the fully-equipped kitchenette with appliances such as two coffee makers, a microwave, an oven and a toaster. The decor of the lounge and kitchen area is in elegant shades of dark brown. One of the bedrooms is decorated with striking red accents, while the other is dominated by wood.
