Dejligt hotel i Krabi. Virkelig god og hjælpsom service. Godt hotel til børnefamilier hvor værelser med udgang til pool kan anbefales til siesta tid og lur.

Godt hotel, men mindre godt område
Vi har haft 6 gode nætter på Centara Ao Nang Beach resort and spa. Hotellet har været rigtig fint. Den bedste pool har klart været den med mod stranden. Den anden var ikke så meget os. Der har været fint med solsenge, vi har ikke skulle kæmpe om pladser. Vi har haft et værelse med privat pool med udsigt til havet, og det har været helt fantastisk. Alle pools har dog været ret kolde, så med mindre der er høj sol, så har det været en lidt kold fornøjelse. Morgenmaden har været okay, det har været mere lignende frokost end egentlig morgenmad, med retter som nudler, ris og indiske retter. Restauranten på stranden er dyrere end ellers hernede, men god mad. Det virker til at være det eneste hotel i området direkte ned på stranden. Der går dog også mennesker "gennem" ved strandrestauranten for at komme videre ned af Strandpromenaden. Hotellet har været virkelig godt, men vi har ikke været så vilde med Ao Nang området, da det er meget turistet og mere indisk end thai. Stranden her er ikke så pæn og vandet er lidt grumset.

Jeg og en veninde havde en uge på hotellet. Da vi ankommer første dag, bliver vi mødt af smilende og imødekommende personale i receptionen, og bliver indlogeret på vores hotelværelse. Vores oplevelse hvad angår smilende og sødt personale ændrer sig dog derefter. Vi udforsker hotellet og dets faciliteter. Vi bliver i bar/restaurant områderne mødt af ubehøvlet personale, som bruger det meste af tiden på at småsludre med hinanden, og tjekke deres telefoner. De ligner ikke nogen der er interesseret i at betjene en, og vi ender med ikke at spise en eneste gang på hotellet, da personalet simpelthen er så ubehøvlet. Udover det, skal det siges at vi havde en fantastisk oplevelse i spaen. Sødt personale, og professionelt. Vores værelse var overordnet set pænt og rent, med daglig rengøring. Men værelset var så fugtigt, at vores våde badetøj ikke kunne blive tørt, og det så havde hængt i flere dage. Vi måtte gå i seng i sengetøj der føles klamt og vådt, og det samme med luften på værelset. Efter vores mening er hotellet alt for dyrt, i forhold til hvad man får, og hvad man ellers kan finde i Thailand.

Fint hotel og beliggenhed
Dejligt hotel med skøn beliggenhed et stykke væk fra “cirkus” gaden med al dets gøgl. Hyggelig lille stykke vej med lækre restauranter lige ved stranden i umiddelbar nærhed til hotellet. Vi havde 3 overnatninger i Krabi her og det var fint inden vi tog videre til Koh Lanta

Dejligt nyt hotel med store værelser. Hotellet ligger dejligt ned til stranden og i kort afstand til byen. Vi havde ikke valgt værelse med havudsigt det betød at vi havde udsigt til bagsiden af et andet hotel. Der er 2 gode pools med masser af solsenge.

Super flot hotel - sov ikke om natten
Det var et nyt og fantastisk flot hotel. Vi havde værelse lige ud mod vandet og havde et fint stort værelse og lækkert badeværelse. Desværre var deres aircon så kraftig at hvis den var tændt om natten ville man blive forkølet. Hvis man slukkede den, lå man badet i sved. Og den kunne kun tændes/slukkes henne ved døren, så det var et stort show hver nat når man skiftevis måtte tænde og slukke for den. Efter 5 dage var jeg så træt at jeg blev syg. Af denne årsag kommer vi ikke tilbage, selv om det ligger perfekt, hvis man vil bo på Ao Nang Beach. Og ja. Vi havde teknikere nede og se om de kunne gøre noget.

Lækkert og bedste beliggenhed i Ao Nang
Vi nød virkelig vores ferie på dette super lækre nye hotel i Ao Nang. Hotellet er meget lyst og elegant indrettet og ligger som det sidste for enden af strandpromenaden lige ud til havet. Den bedste beliggehed overhovedet i Ao Nang. Der var international stemning og udsigt til havet og solnedgangen både fra den ene pool og beach restaurant. Servicen var helt i top, og der var forskellige fine aktiviteter som f.eks. vand-aerobics i poolen hver dag. Også virkelig god mad. Vi kan varmt anbefale hotellet.

Rooms have very thin walls. The daily fire show is absolutely pointless as you are sat on a beautiful beach with beautiful surroundings. Then all of a sudden some people turn up with the loudest speaker playing the worst music burning kerosene. Not needed and about as entertaining as a broken leg. Onsite singers also not particularly entertaining as can’t really sing. Some ambient vibes would be better. Breakfast hall too small for the amount of people. Lovely people but wouldn’t return.

The hotel is more like being in Orlando than in Thailand. It has no Thai personality. Very much a family resort, the pool lounges are taken by 9:00 a.m and guests keep them all day, even if they don’t use them for hours at a time. Lots of small children, not always supervised. The room was large and comfortable. Lots of choices at the breakfast buffet but the coffee was some of the worst I ever had at a hotel. There are lots of better choices in Krabi.

Great location and the kids loved the pools. Breakfasts had lots of variety and the night time entertainment (singers & fireshow) are fantastic. We had a hard time getting beach towels and wish the pools were open a bit longer - but other than that it was excellent.

It was overall a good experience except for some minor issues such as running out of towels at the pool, some housekeeping deficits and on one occasion we went on an early morning excursion and needed a boxed breakfast. The breakfast consisted of a couple of breads, a juice and water. We were surprised given a buffet breakfast comes with the room.

Neues Hotel Zimmer sind sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Private Pool. Eigentlich sehr schön nur dieser Gestank von dem Flüsschen zog sich durch das gesamte Hotel und war teilweise kaum auszuhalten. Hotelgäste klagten auch über Abwassergestank auf den Zimmern. Sehr schade.Das Flüsschen hätte einfach verrohrt werden müssen .

Great place to stay on the quieter side, walk down to the beach and eat local Thai spicy dishes at The Last Fisherman, then walk through and brave the Monkey Trail, lit up at night giving an otherworldly appearance.

El hotel es ruidoso y feo. Parecen padillos de un hospital. Muy caro por lo que ofrecen. El bar de playa esta repleto de gente, reposeras rotas y bastante mal mantenido todo. El sector de playa esta sucio y no es agradable. Lo unico que se salva es el desayuno que esta muy bien para lo que es el resto del hotel. Es un DEFINITIVAMENTE NO.

Overpriced and overcrowded hotel
This was an affordable paradise some years ago. Quiet, adults in the front beach pool and the kids in the back side water slide, friendly staff and great breakfast. Now, it has become an overcrowded, noisy and very expensive hotel. Small kids playing around your sun loungers in the front beach side «grown up adult pool», all services and food much more expensive, renting out sun loungers and towels to people from other hotels (500thb per person). Average breakfast and the personell is unfriendly and DO NOT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND basic english. The tour desk-lady were showing us brochures for daytrips to the islands and did not understand our need for a car and ferry to Koh Lanta. Useless. Will not return to Centara Ao Nang again!

The property location is perfect. Close to all shopping, dining, and the long tail boats, but also just the right distance that it’s still quiet. The room was clean and very spacious. Amenities were nice, and the included breakfast buffet was excellent. The only things I missed having in my room were a desk & chair for my laptop, as well as having an iron, although they will bring one to you if you ask. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful. The gym was small but adequate. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this hotel in every way.

海が見える部屋にするとよい
海が見えるのは海岸沿いに建つビルのみです。海は目の前です。にぎやかな通りまでも200ｍです。日本人が少なく全て英語での対応です。みんな親切ですが、部屋にバスタオル持ってこない日があった。年末のためか？スパは空いていてすぐできます。朝ご飯は悪くはないが、何日もいると飽きた。

Gute Lage, am Strand allerdings viele Seeigel. Zimmer sind sauber. Wasser im privaten Pool sehr kalt. Tolle Rutsche für Kinder. Katastrophal war das Frühstück. Leere Speisen wurden lange nicht aufgefüllt, an den Tischen stapelte sich das Geschirr. Besteck fehlte. Wir würden nicht noch einmal wiederkommen.

A delightful stay
The experience was fantastic - loved the room, amenities, furniture, lots of storage/table/ hanging space and its location. We got a room facing the main pool ~ best spot for families with young children! The resort has direct beach access and you can simply walked out through the back gate to get to restaurants, shopping area or to get tuk-tuk and explore other parts of Krabi. Will we come back again? Definitely yes! The pull factor is definitely the customer service rendered, location wise & amenities.

Das Hotel war in einem sehr guten Zustand und das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett hat überzeugt. Leider hat es in unserem Zimmer nach Schimmel gerochen und die Luftfeuchtigkeit war unglaublich hoch, so dass abends immer alles mit einem feuchten Nebel belegt war.

큰 기대안했는데 너무 만족했습니다.
편의시설하고 조금 먼 느낌이라 살짝 걱정했는데, 실제로 지내보니 아이들하고 지내기에 너무너무 좋았어요. 리조트만 나가면 바로 아오낭해변이고, 리조트수영장안에 미끄럼틀이 있어서 물 좋아하는 아이들에게는 딱이었습니다. 편의점이나 음식점이 있는 거리는 해변을 끼고 쭉 걸어가면 되서 많이 멀지도 않고 걸어가는 거리가 분위기가 좋아서 어디든 걸어서 나가기에 나쁘지않았어요. 배타는 곳도 바로 앞이어서 편하게 이용했습니다. 너무 만족하고 다녀와서 후기남겨요!

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping but quiet at the same time. Loved everything here, my only two complaints are the beach - wish it was more private and coffee was better quality. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a stay at Ao Nang.

Beautiful property. Our room had beautiful view of the beach. Dining and shopping easy walking distance. Near trail to walk to Centara Grand. Great breakfast buffet. Staff very helpful and kind.
