"Wir hatten die Unterkunft für eine Woche gemietet und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Pool ist relativ kühl, aber bei den sonnigen Temperaturen eine gern gesehene Abkühlung. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Dimitris war sehr unkompliziert und er war sehr zuvorkommend."

"We thought the place was charming. The location is perfect. It's on the street right behind the main street so not as crowded and situated in the middle of other shops and apartments. Be prepared for stairs though. We actually kept our suitcases on the main floor vs the bedrooms. Also, the street is not driveable after 11am. Google maps put us on the street at 10:30 pm. Yikes. But it was all good. We got free parking at the Marina the whole time."

"This is a 3-bedroom villa fully equipped for quite quality vacation. On the photo you see a large private terrasse with beautiful view. You need a car to communicate in and out. Pleasant beach with few restaurants is less than 10 min drive, city Heraklion with all tourists' attractions is 25 - 30 min drive. "

"We were very happy for our stay in Villa Sofia. We were 4 generations – my husband and I, our son and daughter in law, our 5 grandchildren with wife/girl/boyfriends and our great grandson age 3½ year. A house with 7 bedrooms was needed – and Villa Sofia were perfect- with 3 separated apartments. The landlord had arranged a big table for us so we all could be together for the meals. "Ein wunderschönes altes Steinhaus in einem kleinen griechischen Ort. Wir haben uns dortsehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Wer die Natur liebt dem kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Ruhe, wenig Touristen und nette Einwohner. Festos ist gleich um die Ecke. "

"Havre de paix dans un petit hameau niché sur une colline, très bien situé pour explorer l'ouest de la Crête. Demeure de charme où il fait bon vivre, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, dotée de plusieurs terrasses, une pour le matin, une pour le soir, une pour l'apéritif, une abritée en cas de pluie. Un vrai bonheur ! Eleni, notre hôtesse, a été très prévenante et attentive à notre bien-être, nous faisant partager tous ses délicieux produits locaux. "We had a very pleasant stay. There was everything we needed and parking on the property was no problem. The flat is in a residential area outside the inner center of Rethymno. Even though Teo wasn't able to be there in person entering the flat and communication in general was very easy. He even gifted us some local olive oil."
