"18 nights during august/september Dont believe the Pictures and the describtion of the rooms. They gave us the wrong room and it was not cleaned at arrival. The rooms are small and have no room for clothes, and the suitcases cannot fit in the room. No hangers for the clothes. Noise from the restaurant at night. They would not give us another room or let us check out earlier. We ended up checking out 8 days before arrival with no compensation. We have sent them 6 e-mail aften out stay, and they dont answer. Be aware of this hotel, they dont care if you come back or not."

"We enjoyed our stay. The view is fantastic. We're both running and it's not easy from here. There are no paths and the roads are very narrow and drivers drive fast and close. There have been quite a few problems during our stay, a really dirty sofa, a drawer that fell out, transparent curtains in the bedrooms, a lamp in the bathroom that didn't work, a dishwasher that broke, a very dirty swimming pool that got algae, but the staff have taken care of everything we have pointed out and got things resolved during our stay. All employees have been very nice and welcoming. But unfortunately we did not get the apartment we had ordered and paid for. The one we got instead was much smaller. Our 2 children slept in bunk beds in a 3.65m2 room without any storage or air conditioning. The entire apartment had a total indoor measurement of 23.15 m2 + balcony at max. 8 m2 Total area 32.5 m3, and the one we had paid for is listed as 45 m2. It was important for us, as 23.15 m2 is too small an area for us, when we are going to stay for 15 nights, 4 people. We informed the staff about it during our stay but they keep saying that all apartments were about the same size. And there was no option to move to another apartment, they were all booked and they thought that the one we got was the best solution for us Picture 2 shows the apartment we paid for with a red ring around it and got it with a yellow ring around it."

"Really nice 2 day stay here. Our arrival was complicated due to a grueling 13 wait at the border when driving over from Dubrovnik. So we texted them in advance and they made sure we that there was someone waiting to give us a late check-in. Location is really nice, staff friendly and attentive. Room was nice with good bed and really good shower. Good functioning a/c. Breakfast good not huge selection but some variety from day to day. Had dinner one night and were not overly impressed. Pool was also nice. "

"Nyt hotel med god beliggenhed til besøg i Kotor og Tivat. Fint poolområde. Mangler lidt styring af servicen i restaurenten ligesom der ofte mangler håndklæder ved poolen. Personalet er dog altid smilende og imødekommende. "

"Rigtig god beliggenhed, god vært og generelt fint værelse. Det eneste negative var, at der var en meget dårlig lugt."
