"We had booked a room with a terrace, but when we came we got a room in the basement. We showed the reservation number and even though it was different from the one they had and they said we paid a lower price than we actually had, and they refused to give us the room we had reserved. After talking to the manager they offered a different room, however still with no terrace and we would have to pay 20 Euro extra per night. Worst thing though was there was no fire safety equipment whatsoever....
