"Hotel clean, modern and well maintained with zany decor. Staff really helpful and most speak reasonable English, not common in Borneo. We just had overnight stop so can't comment on location. Dinner in the restaurant was good as well. Happy to recommend Artotel."

Staff were all really super friendly and helpful.
My only negative point was the prices in the hotel coffee shop. A beer was probably 3 times the cost of a bar outside so it felt like you were being ripped off to support the hotel and its staff."

"I was staying in room on 2nd floor, the view is not good for seeing but it's okay. Better in every floor they put a water dispenser to easier us for taking a water like in Pop Yogyakarta, this is the 3rd times I stay here. Thanks!"

Tapi tidak mengurangi kenyamanan untuk istirahat di kasur yang tebal dan empuk. Juga tersedia guling.. Waowww.. Jarang2 hotel menyediakan guling. Kamar mandi juga bersih, tekanan shower air panas juga kuat. "

No changing room because hotel was on busy week. Breakfast were awesomeeee. The resto even prepared us 'take away' brealfast ad we checked out during early hour of the morning (2 AM).
