"Vi havde bestilt værelse og fik et mindre chok da vi blev henvist til et nærmest kælderlokale med et vindue til gaden. Det er i den grad misvisende i forhold til de billeder man bliver præsenteret for på siden. På et så præsentabelt og relativ dyrt sted er det uforståeligt st man overhovedet har værelser af denne art, da der er flere af samme type. Vi måtte give det dobbelte for at få et acceptabelt værelse. Bedømmelsen er af dette værelse, men vi må kraftigt advarer mod at booke, det billigste,...

"Great place for family with different age kids."

"Great spot! Lots to do at the resort plus Toby Creek Adventures, Kootenay River Runners and Radium hot springs all super close by. We had a jam packed long weekend of atving, white water rafting, hot springs at night, chilling at the resort pool and going down the water slides and the pipe coaster. Lots of hikes on the resort and surrounding it. The restaurants were great and the staff know their stuff. The price for staying was amazing as well!10/10 recommend :)"

"We stayed the the Downtown Mountain Getaway for two nights while mountain biking in the area. The place was just perfect! Very clean, well appointed, conveniently located with a parking space, it was everything we could have wanted. Erin's communication was quick and helpful, and she went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and happy in this adorable condo. "

"Lots of storage, nice kitchen with fair sized appliances including dishwasher and clothes w/d. Wallbed was comfortable with good pillows. Some basic sundries like coffee, tea s&p and almost all the cooking items needed. Key pad entrance and bonus underground parking. Highly recommended."

"Overall, we loved our stay. Extremely convenient location on the mountain where you can put your skis on as soon as you step out the door to glide to a chairlift. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Our unit had a double bunk bed in one room, but there was no ladder to the very high top bunk which made it a bit of a challenge to get to... fortunately, we had a young crew that handled it ok. We had arranged for 3 parking passes in advance, yet when we arrived, there were none left...

"We had a great experience on Red Mountain. The staff was very welcoming when we arrived. The room is of great quality and very clean and new. It is a short drive from Rossland and Trail so we were able to explore both towns with ease. The room is not air conditioned but in the summer, it cools off quite nicely at night. My only recommendation is to make sure you bring salt/pepper and sugar, etc as these are not provided even as a starter. "
