"Super Hotel on a splendid lokation! But be aware, this is a non alcohol-hotel....wich puts its marks on the afterski atmospheare and in the restaurants!! But there is a nice bar, BB Bar, just opposite the reception....and a wellsupplied "Supermarket"! Go for the a la carte restaurant in the evening in stead of the halfborad buffet....almost same price....but again no alcohol!! A bit noisy between rooms and floors! "

"Free parking which was very nice. The hotel was nice and the staff during the day was very kind and smiling but we cannot say the same about the night staff which was rude and not so welcoming. We did not have wifi throughout our stay even though we have got some vouchers, that should work. "

"Brilliant room with an amazing and quiet view over the river from the privat balcony, a little bit away from the center of Mostar. Had our own kitchen in the room, nice bathroom and good beds."

"Friendly staff; but with that said the toilet was so bad and the seat was broken. The breakfast was horrible! Simply a nightmare.. SO sad that I woke up that early to eat that.. and there was pork? Why on earth does a muslim country have pork in their breakfast? Anyway. The room and bed was overall good and that's the only thing, but that's too expensive just for a fine room. 40euro max should be paid for one night here. I can't recommend it because of their price. Ain't worth it."

"Our room had a weird smell to it, closet handle fell off during our stay, and was upset with how fast they took breakfast away one of our days. Breakfast is from 7am-11am and one day they started cleaning up breakfast before 10:30am. There is no elevator and so we are glad we only had to carry all of our belongings up two stories and not further."

"Lovely service. Got a welcome drink when I checked in by the ´very friendly staff. Lovely room which was a bit noisy from a near-by bar. Checked out very early and got a pack of local sweet since I hadn't book breakfast. "
