Hosts told us they would accomodate to this and would be able to check in when we arrived. We then arrived in the early hours of the morning and hosts would not answer calls or texts like they said they would. As a result, we were unable to check in and left on the street for hours. Map on app does not show the correct location of the acclimation and as a result we had to lug...
