"Stayed in the Palace tower which is about an 8 minute walk to the main lobby area, then a few more minutes to the car unless doing valet. There’s a tram that can take you between the towers but it can take some time. It was a really nice property, beautiful views. The palace tower was new renovated so the inside was nice and clean and pretty spacious. Perfect for families as there are lots of activities and the pool looked nice. "Vi var på bryllupsrejse og havde valgt Hawaii. Vi startede på dette hotel. Vi havde bestilt værelse med havudsigt og ønsket kingsize bed. Da vi kom til hotellet havde de desværre kun værelser med 2 Queensize beds hvor vi knap kunne være i en sammen. Værelset var ikke klar til tiden men det var klar lige om 5 min. "Apartment was fairly basic but ok. Only booked for 1 night to be close to the airport. Room was very clean but the mattress was very hard and I found it uncomfortable. The advertisement did say that there was no lift at the property but didn’t mention that the apartment was on the 3rd floor. This is a major downside for elderly transatlantic travellers with several heavy bags or anyone with mobility issues and it is something that should be made clear before booking. "The whole experience at Mauna Lani was top-notch. Food is terrific (especially Canoe House; fabulous meal and service!), hospitality was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable with an incredible view, the golf courses and pools and beach amenities were five-star, and the overall vibe was relaxing and posh without being pretentious.
