Overall, it was a very nice hotel. My complaints would include the karaoke bar next door was very loud and open until very late (2 am). It would have been nice to know this beforehand. The water temperature in the shower took constant adjustments or the temperature went up and down significantly. Even with the above complaints, I enjoyed the stay there and would potentially stay there again.

We had such a lovely stay at Balthazar Hotel. Everything is beautifully designed, spotless and so well thought through, and the location is perfect for exploring Krakow. Restaurant is amazing! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Natali, who made our stay even more enjoyable with her warm and attentive way of being! We would definitely stay here again! ⭐️
