Watch Sea Turtles from the Lanai: There’s nothing better than watching sea turtles playfully navigate the waves in the Pacific, except maybe watching with a cold drink from the comfort of your private lanai. During the winter months, you might even catch glimpses of whales and dolphins swimming in the blue waters.

Central Location: In one direction, you’ll find the popular Beach House Restaurant. On the other, the Spouting Horn blowhole delights visitors. If you’re looking for shopping options, the Kukui’ula Shopping Village has numerous shops, galleries, and a gourmet farmers market.

Just 30 minutes from the airport, this condo puts you at Kukui’ula Shopping Center’s upscale grocery store, restaurants, shops, galleries, and a weekly farmers market (11-minute walk). Kuhio Shores building has an upcoming Exterior Painting Project that will effect Bookings Reserved during August 2025 - September 2025. The project will start on the Bayside and progress to the ocean front. Scaffolding will be up one section at a time which may impact the view.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
