"It was an incredible experience to live alone in an abandoned village in Mani. You feel far away from everything and it is a nice feeling. The nearest beach is about 25 minutes driving. The house is always fresh downstairs in the main bedroom. For the persons who like to hike, unfortunately, a fire occured in august 2021 so it is not very pleasant to walk in the countryside around. Mosquitoes could be a challenge also sometimes during the evening (even in the house). The views from the house are...

"Simple, rustic building with loads of charm and character. Nice hot shower, warm cosy bedrooms with comfortable beds. Right in the middle of the village with the taverna opposite. We had a great dinner there and walked back down our cobbled path to our stone hideaway. The entire village is very scenic with stone towers and cobbled streets wherever you turn. Will try to visit this area again!"

"Nous avons passé 10 jours inoubliables dans cette maison, fraîche malgré la chaleur avec un jardin aux multiples recoins pour profiter de l'été! Des plages où l'on est quasiment seuls avec une mer de carte postale- où vous pouvez vous rendre très facilement à pied. Les propriétaires vous accueillent avec une profusion de produits locaux de qualité et un souci permanent de votre bien-être ! Nous n'attendons que d'y retourner ! "Le logement était fonctionnel, les 2 chambres étaient complètement séparées et n’étaient pas communicantes. Ce qui est considéré comme une troisième chambre est finalement le salon, situé au même endroit que la cuisine. Le logement était assez propre mais je pense qu’il n’avait pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps. Le jardin était très agréable et le terrain de volley a fait plaisir à toute la famille, donc si vous comptez vous balader dans les superbes environs, ce logement est adéquat !"

"Amazing view overlooking the ocean and a lovely crystal clear bay which was great for snorkeling. Kostas, the host, couldn't have been more welcoming! He had filled the fridge and cupboards with everything we might need, wine, beer, honey, bread, water, orange juice, etc etc. And showed us how everything worked. "We had a very disappointing stay in this apartment in July. Both the apartment and the owner fell far below our expectations, especially given how expensive the place was. For details, read on. We had been assured by the owner that wonderful cross ventilation made air conditioning unnecessary, but this was definitely not the case in the summer heat. With just one lone air conditioner in a three bedroom house, the place was so unbearable that we had to move our kids to the LAS hotel across town...
