"The Hotel Indigo Shibuya is an excellent hotel clean modern and an ideal location. The staff is excellent and speak English to make checking in very easy. The rooms are clean and modern with great views of the city. Turn down service was nice for those long days of walking when getting back to the room. "This was a really spacious apartment for our family of four (including two teens). There was extra bedding available in the closet in case you needed it, as well as other useful supplies throughout.
Caveats: There is a fire station a few blocks away so if you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs. And the washer is loud so definitely only run it while you’re away for the day. "

We contacted hotels.com, and they did a lot to help us, but the hotel wouldn't grant us any refunds. Mould is not healthy for anyone, so we decided to find another hotel for the remaining nights, which cost us a whole lot of extra money. Some hours after we've left, the symptoms were gone, so it was worth it. "
