Lastly only 3 elevators available leading to long queues to get up and down. Let me stress that this is external factors. And cannot be addressed by the owner. So, a recommendation is deserved!"

"I booked this room based on the Google Maps location so that we would be within walking distance to the Water Buffalo Racing Festival. The location on Google showed .5km, the actual distance from the festival was 7.1kms, NOT walking distance. We also didn’t enjoy waiting for 30 minutes for a staff member to show up for our check in. Another guest was waiting too, but walked away after waiting longer than us. And finally, after a long drive, I didn’t notice until the next day that the staff...

"Wonderful vacation apartment, comfortable beds, extremely clean and quiet. Well-stocked kitchen with useful household items like scissors and knives that actually cut. One of the pools had a lot of shade in the afternoon which was ideal with small kids. The staff was also lovely. "
