"We really loved this place, and enjoyed our stay. The service was 100/100, really really nice staff. The location, and the surroundings are 10/10. Lovely beach. What to improve: The rooms are a bit dated, and doesnt fit a authentic luxury resort - if they updated the room and interior, that would really lift the experience. The ick’ : Their breakfeast buffet. Im not generally a buffet/kind- a guy. There was no sanitizer anywhere, and kids, adults and everyone was touching the things. This could really be done better. Our breakfast was included, but we ate out almost every morning."

"A huge recommendation from us! ❤️ We received the warmest welcome when we arrived, and the staff personally showed us around the hotel. We had a beautiful room with a stunning sea view. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of both European and local dishes. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, and you could really tell that a lot of care had gone into it. The staff were incredibly sweet, friendly and welcoming. The service was truly exceptional. Our room was cleaned every day, and they always left us homemade cookies – including the most delicious, freshly baked vanilla biscuits. ❤️ Every evening, the staff came by to ask if we needed more cookies. If we weren't in the room, they still made sure everything was perfect for the evening: the curtains were drawn, scented candles were lit in the bathroom, and the jar of cookies was refilled. It was all the little thoughtful details that made our stay so special. We can highly recommend this beautiful hotel and would absolutely love to come back!"

"We had a nice stay at Palita Lodge. Beautifully placed right on a nice and clean white sandy beach, and the rooms were nice. Not exactly luxurious, but nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Only thing we were not too impressed with was the breakfast, where you could only order one main dish. So if you ordered an omelette, you could not have pancakes afterwards. We understand that it was an effort to prevent food waste, but it could be done smarter. But overall we had a pleasant stay."

"Stort og lækkert hotel. Lækker morgenmad og venligt personale. Eneste minus var antallet af liggestole ved poolen - det var svært at få plads. Der er kun 3 liggestole på stranden, så man skal ligge på tæppe/håndklæde. Den strand der er lige ved hotellet er en fiskeplads hvor de små fiskerbåde holder til. Men går man ind til nabo-resortet er der den lækreste strand, dog med liggestole der skal lejes."

"We had a fantastic stay and would definitely rate this hotel as a 4–5 star experience. A special thank you to De De, who gave us the best service we have experienced in Thailand. She was always smiling, caring, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. She is a great asset to the hotel. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant served the best food we had during our trip. We also appreciated the cold drinking water in thermos bottles, the well-stocked minibar, and the convenient shuttle buses to 7-Eleven and Secret Beach. We only have a few small suggestions for improvement. Softer chairs on the balcony, or even a sun lounger, would make it even more comfortable. It would also be helpful to have shelves for clothes and a few more hooks in the bathroom. Finally, medium-sized towels for guests with long hair would be a nice addition. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we would be happy to return!"

"Den meget lave pris taget i betragtning, var dette resort virkelig godt. Værelset var rent, men sengen var elendig - meget hård - og vi sov ikke meget. Men hvis man er til en meget hård seng, så er værelset rigtig fint. Hver dag gik vi ned til stranden, hvor der lå flere hyggelige restauranter og ikke mindst den smukkeste solnedgang."

"Santhiya er og forbliver et stykke paradis på jord. Absolut et besøg værd. Her i denne omgang mit tredje ophold på hotellet. Grundet storm måtte mit ophold forkortes med et døgn. Desværre nægtede hotellet at refundere den ene nat, det er skuffende for en genbesøgende loyal gæst som jeg. "
