"We enjoyed our stay and the property was exactly what we were looking for in a mountain getaway peaceful, private, and immersed in the woods with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere.The home was clean, quiet, and met our needs well for a restful escape. The hosts were communicative and supportive, although we did not need to reach out during our stay.The driveway is definitely mountain-style, so guests should come prepared and be mindful of the vehicle they bring, but the secluded setting...

"The hot tub was amazing by far the best part of our relaxing night away, besides the view of the horses. The home was just as pictured in the listing. The only thing I would have changed (& I could have missed this when checking in) was the fact that the cottage has its back to the parking and we was confused as to if we were at the right property. But other than that. 100% would book again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. "

"With bedrooms and sitting rooms on 3 floors, our 3-generation family enjoyed having space to gather together as well as space for time apart. The decks allowed for additional places to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Lake access was great for swimming and kayaking."

"This house was perfect for our trip. We were on vacation exploring DC and didnt not want to stay directly in the city so we picked Frederick. This house was clean, beds were comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. It was within walking distance of downtown where there was a wide variety of shops and dining locations. 10/10 would recommend/stay again."

"It’s the perfect river cabin to stay at. It’s older home so layout is awkward but it has been renovated and was nice and clean and perfect for our trip. Nice open dining/kitchen and living areas!! Host is AMAZING! She is so responsive and so helpful. We will definitely be back to stay!! "
