"This unit is spacious, modern and well located within walking distance of the Old Town, a mall and the promenade. Although it is located right off a very busy road (Kotor’s main thoroughfare), the bedroom windows have external shutters that greatly reduce the noise at night. We had no trouble sleeping. The hostess was very quick to respond and offered good suggestions for a day away nearby. There’s a flight of stairs to reach the unit, which is reached through a narrow outdoor hallway facing a...

"Aparrment was clean, staff was very help, it was nice to have a coffee maker and great location, we will definitely stay there again."

"Fantastic location. Charming hotel. Electrical charging outlets in room need updating. Our room was in front of the hotel. We heard minimal noise from outside. Standard breakfast selections…….food was not salty as a previous reviewer claimed"

"The contact via WhatsApp was efficient and helpful in making sure you made it into town. The unit was quaint and convenient, right inside the old town walls."

"Great location in Old Town with all the main sights within walking distance. Room was spacious and in great condition. Staff was very attentive and made you fill very welcome, providing tips for hidding gems. Absolutely delicious breakfast!"

"The hotel looked very dated with everything covered in w"

"Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, comfort, or service. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to others. Our stay was very disappointing. The property was in very poor condition and did not appear to have been maintained on an ongoing basis. The overall cleanliness was below expectations, and many of the furnishings and surfaces were stained and worn. We had booked a room for Three guests (1...

"As far as being centrally located, this is about as good as it gets"

"First of all ,it's not easy to locate the hotel with both google map and Apple map. There was no such name as Atho Boutique Hotel indicated on the maps . I spent about a hour for finding it. I was lucky by asking around and accidentally bumping into a staff of this hotel on the street. The location was wonderful. The room was relatively clean. But amenities are poor, there was no WiFi / not working at all based on the information provided by the hotel staff . There was even no shower curtain ...."

"The bathroom has mold you don’t want to take a shower there and the hot water run over after one short shower, the worst was when we arrived nobody was there to do the check in and nobody said that we needed to go to a different place to pickup the key. It took like half an hour to contact the host and we didn’t know if that was a scam"

"Negative experience. The room was dirty, facilities broken, e.g.: WC and sink were leaking water. When telling this to the host, he mentioned that rooms are cleaned every day, if that is true (which we do not believe), the standard of cleaning is equal to non-existent. Also he said that someone will be sent to solve the bathroom leakages, but it did not happen. "
