"Surprised to find there wasn't a charging station - it was on the list of amenities when we selected it. The room was extremely warm - no air conditioning or fans available. Slightly chaotic breakfast - staff struggling to keep food and juices in stock. Sorry to say we are not coming back 🙁"

"We had booked this hotel to enjoy two days of peace and quietness in the alps. We know that the room we had booked was without lake view, but the room we got was very noisy as it was less than 2 meters from the main road. When contracting the front desk we were offered another room with an extra charge of +300 €. (one of the issues seem to be that we had booked via Hotels.com). The result was that we did not get much sleep. The rest of the hotel was nice and pleasant with a good location next to the lake. "
