Private ferieboliger i Kitchener

"House was very clean upon arrival and had all necessities we needed. Would prefer a little more transparency as far as the description of the backyard being private. We unfortunately didn't get to use the backyard the first couples days because the downstairs tenants were using it and sitting outside smoking most of time. Would also recommend possible sound proofing in the future as we could hear all of the people downstairs doing almost everything including laundry, talking and coming in and...

"Clean property in residential area. Owner is a good communicator. Was a bit cumbersome bringing in personal effects as door to apartment is directly behind the main door and has an auto-closer….so it made the move in a bit more challenging. AND if that is the only “issue” then I consider myself lucky. It was a pleasant stay."

"The size, configuration and amenities suited our party very comfortably. The location was convenient to our activities in Kitchener Waterloo. Ahead of our very late checkin, the host let us know of an issue with the furnace. He was able to mitigate with several space heaters, so we were comfortable for the remainder of the stay. Being a very old house, with the arrival of warmer weather, there was an influx of ants around the doors; perhaps some ant traps would slow them down. Overall, a cute...

"The place was clearly cheaply built, and the people living upstairs (owner?) Were tromping around until last more than once and there is clearly no soundproofing out in. Also handyman came to caulk the kitchen backsplash during our visit which was just weird. Also, there is no control for the temperature in the unit so you're at the mercy of whatever the main for decides they want the temp to be up there which is clearly different than the basement. "

"My friend and I were in town for work and stayed here for the week. Check in was easy and the unit was very clean. We had everything that we needed, our stay was comfortable, and the host was very communicative and thoughtful!"

"We've stayed in this house before but in the basement., we travel often to see family, it is always everything we need and our host always responds quickly!"

"Great, clean spot. Great communication made things seamless."

"The place was excellent we were very pleased. Maybe better access to back area with chairs and access to barbeque would be nice as well! Great spot"
