This cozy unit, situated on the lower level of a house, has undergone soundproofing measures for the ceilings. However, it's worth noting that you might occasionally hear typical sounds from neighboring units, such as running water, footsteps, or casual conversations. Additionally, there may be a scent wafting from the neighboring unit, possibly from cooking activities. Feel free to employ ventilation methods to address and minimize this matter.

8. **Temperature Control:**
The temperature in the unit is centrally controlled and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees Celsius. As this is a basement unit, it may feel cooler, particularly with the AC on in the summer. While you won't have direct control over the temperature, we've provided an extra area heater for your comfort.

9. **Starter Supplies:**
To make your stay comfortable from the start, we provide limited quantities of essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Please plan accordingly if you need more during your stay.

10. **Towels and Linens:**
We offer one bath towel per registered guest. If you require additional towels, we recommend planning ahead for your convenience.

11. **Leave it as You Found It:**
Kindly leave the home in the same tidy and organized condition it was in upon your arrival. Your cooperation ensures a pleasant experience for everyone. Min $100 fee will be charged if additional cleaning is required.

12. **Parking Information:**
Your reservation includes one designated parking spot on the left side of the driveway. Please be aware that the other half of the driveway is reserved for guests staying in the upper unit.

13. **Garbage Disposal:**
For your convenience, garbage can be disposed of inside the garage. To properly manage recycling, food compost, and general waste, please contact the host to arrange access to the garage. The bins are color-coded: green for food compost, blue for recycling, and grey for general waste. Kindly coordinate with the host for smooth disposal practices.

14. Late check-out fee $100 per hr. for each hr late.
