"Cottage for 6 was comfortable and perfect. There were rooms for privacy and luggages can be fully open.
The dining / well-equipped kitchen was spacious for 6 as well.
The cottage comes with complimentary off site onsen ticket, conveniently located across the cottage. Daiso and ample dining options all within walkable distance.
Last but not least, the mount fuji view was magnificent from both inside and outside the cottage.
Would love to stay here again when we visit mount fuji. "

From the warm welcome, the staff's service, the linens provided to make us feel at home, the drum and piano show, the food, and the wonderful garden. Even the after-stay service (we forgot our smartphone, and they were so kind as to send it to the next hotel within 24 hours), I will definitely return."

"For people who wants to take bus to Fuji mountain, please check the schedule with the front desk. We did not check and found that the schedule was different from the website. You need to plan the shuttle well so that you don't miss the bus, or just take a taxi in order to take the bus. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes in the bus stop.
It could be helpful for the hotel to print out the bus schedule for the guests, as English communication sometimes is slow and could discourage guests from...

"This property was well maintained and spotless. It was also very close to many restaurants which was nice. There are limited things in the kitchen so if you plan on using the kitchen you have to provide your own things.

"Surprisingly the room was very large! I enjoyed sleeping on the foldable foam mats on the tatami mats. Despite the old look of the lobby, the room was very clean and looked like it was renovated. Downside was that the area did not have lots of food options (and only opened for lunch and dinner times). It seemed like a ghost town! However, the hotel was close to a train station and 711. The owner/receptionist was very helpful"

"I had a very pleasont stay at Regina. The room was very spacious, and the bed was very good. This was very nice, since I had previously been sleeping in a bad bed at another hotel. I also used the laundry machines. I did not use the onsen, since I have tattoos and understood that Because many japanese guests were visiting the hotel at the time, it was best i did not use the onsen. Though I would have liked to used the onsen, I do understand that there are some cultural history around this."

"Ein schönes kleines Hotel, dass noch etwas traditioneller ist als viele Großstadt-Hotels. Der private Onsen und auch der allgemeine Onsen sind klasse! Wenn sie Ruhe und einen Onsen benötigen kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen!
Leider war das Zimmer etwas älter, die Abflüsse rochen etwas unangenehm und die Lage ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht gut. Mit viel Gepäck sollten sie sich eine Buchung gut überlegen, da es höher liegt als die Bahnstation und man mindestens 25min laufen...
