"We had a very relaxing stay in this beautiful villa. Everything was presented to a very high standard. The owner was very helpful , nothing was too much trouble. Wake up to the sound of the cockerel and Church bells(Sunday only!) - a lovely rural getaway. The “takeaway” fish from Sunset restaurant 2 minutes away was a healthy bonus. "This property is the nicest, cleanest and most beautiful place I ever stayed at. It’s super well equipped, everything is brand new and high standard and its in the perfect location. The supermarket is 2 minutes away as well as the sea front with many restaurants. The upper center of the city is a 5 minute walk. There is parking right at the house. "Es war anfangs nicht so einfach zu finden. Aber oben an der Taverne hat uns jemand geholfen. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer kleinen Kapelle. Empfang war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Tolle Wirtin und sehr freundlich. Super Tipps bekommen. Ort ist ruhig gelegen und nichts für Partyleute. Ich würde auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Strand ist Kies aber paar Meter weiter ist super Sandstrand. Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. Perfekt"

Nice hotel in quiet area
"We stayed 1 week in a nice appartment. A nice hotel 1 hour from Chania airport. Rental car is a good idea. Nice area with good snorkling by the stone beach. There are no umbrellas nor sunbeds at the beds (as seen in the hotels's pictures). Pool was great too and we had no problems finding a good spot. The very small kitchen was very limited the very only plates etc for 4 people (enough) and ONLY 2 small pots. No frying pan, chopping board, bowls or similar. So don't plan to cook to many dinners yourself. There are great restaurants in Kissamos and one 1 km away. The hotel offers only buffet in the evening."
