"The house was adorable! My teen daughter and her teen cousin stayed downstairs in the twin bed room and they absolutely loved it and had so much privacy. The rooms were clean and cute and cozy. The outside seating was a perfect little spot for wine time with my sister. 2 families ( 4 adults, and 2 teen girls) fit just perfectly in this cozy little cottage. The location is very close to all the major attractions. My family from Florida My sister’s framily from Georgia .. we all rate this place...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!"
