"Great hotel with a wonderful pool. We could see the ocean and Port Royal from the balcony. Great location for visiting the Bob Marley museum and Devon House. We also drove to Port Royal, about 35 minutes away. There was an issue with our first room, that was handled very professionally and to our full satisfaction by the front desk. Good pool bar and restaurant. "

"The property is gorgeous, staff is very friendly and amenities are top tier. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 is due to the experience I had with the transfer service offered by the hotel. Not only was the driver very fast going up hill and no where in communications with the hotel was the cost of the transfer mentioned. Go for the spa & restaurant but arrange your own transportation. "

"Booked this room a few hours before we came. Called the number to confirm our arrival. No one answered the phone. Texted and called on their regular phone as well as WhatsApp - no replies. It’s showing left on read. No response. Drove to the address - the neighborhood is a scary and absolutely not safe. Kept on calling them and knocking on a locked gate - no luck.
