The front of the property simply appears as a nice house just off Broad St. But the back of the house, yard, firepit, directly on the river with easy wading access makes it special for the fisherman. "House was okay. Kitchen/stove was not very clean. A lot of details/upkeep not completed such as partial paint jobs, no propane for outdoor firepit. It really felt like we stayed at a home that had been forgotten about for a year or so. Smell was musty."
