The property was generally as advertised and we didn't experience any issues getting settled in.The 3 star review is due to host unresponsiveness after the refrigerator failed halfway through our stay. Luckily, we were not intending to cook at the house during our stay - but we were still using it for beverages and coffee creamer. We reported the issue on the morning we discovered it. I received an automated reply about 12 hours later. Despite a few more inquiries, I never received any substantial response.It left me wondering how a more severe or safety critical issue would have been handled.No direct host contact is available, it's all through the Red Awning service. Regardless of whether the communication breakdown was with the host or the intermediary, I was left unsupported.
