"It was disappointing. We booked a month and would have left sooner if we hadn’t paid. Unfortunately the bathroom fixtures needed repair and should have been looked after before we arrived, not during our stay. I am glad she did finally listen and have the tap replaced. The oven did not work in the stove and needed a repair man. That too was fixed The fridge needs to be replaced and has a leaking problem. The screened in porch needs screening repair. Only three dining chairs for a four guest...

"The home is in a great location to get to downtown area with its quaint shops and restaurants. The yard was perfect for or dog."

"I would highly suggest bringing extra water and food and when picking up the shuttle calling ahead to request. Make sure to make reservations for all on site restaurants. This is my favorite property and location. I would highly recommend for families and couples."

"We loved everything about our stay! The kitchen was well stocked and the layout of the house made it so that nobody felt crammed. There’s 2 bathrooms (even though the listing says 1!) Beds were super comfy and the house was so clean! Planning to stay here again for our next visit to Amelia island!"

"Pros, Nice location off main road. Close to beach. Everything you needed for stay. Beach chairs, towels, beach toys, water hose at condo to rinse off sand. Etc.Cons, too many stairs especially if you have senior adults and small children. Top level, hard to cool temperature. Very small pool. Overall, a good place to rent, but for our needs, with small children and senior adults, we will need a different place next time we visit Island. "

"We have stayed at this property several times now while visiting family in the area. It is an excellent property with everything you need. Nice view of the pond outside. It is in a nice, gated community. Very clean and well decorated. The beds are comfortable. We will stay again the next time we visit the area. "
