The owner sent a bunch of information beforehand about the check in, nearby restaurants, and activities, which was very helpful as this was our first visit to the island. Check out was a breeze. We highly recommend this property."

"I knew from the photo that this place would be perfect. High enough to look out over the incredibly beautiful sea, cross breezes so even in 85 degree weather, no need for the air conditioner in the bedroom. Great amenities like a washing machine! Kelly was very responsive and helpful a couple of times. We would have appreciated when we arrived having an intro sheet with the protocol about getting in and out of the gate and a suggestion for a "good" supermarket (it took us four stores to find The...

"The pics online don’t really show you a great view of the absolutely beautiful view from the veranda. I spent many mornings just overlooking the sea. The screened doors allowed us to have fresh air when not using the air conditioners. There were many supplies in the kitchen. Great location distance to many areas! I would stay here again.The only thing that was intimidating was the drive up the hill to get to the place; however, I got used to it after a couple of days."

"The view from the deck is breathtaking. The beach is so nice and the restaurant next door is very good. We got a good description of where to find the key and got in without any problems. Also some good advice on what to see and more info was found in the apartment. It was a 25 minutes walk from Christiansted and 10 minutes to a nice supermarket. The apartment is just like on the pictures, the kitchen is well equipped, but the fridge was not clean, we had to remove crumbs and egg shelves....

"Fantastic hotel. We returned after 20 years (now with kids of 9 and 13) and had again a fantastic vacation at The Buccaneer. The beaches, pool and tennis courts are very nice and a very serviceminded staff made our stay unforgettable. Love the place and will be returning."

"Stedet får dig ned i gear, når du sidder i restauranten og ser havet og palmerne. Servicen i restauranten er langsom til gengæld kom tjeneren lidt for tit og spurgte om alt var ok, hvilket var lidt svært at finde et nyt svar på, når maden enten ikke var kommet eller forkert. Midt i hovedretten fik vi regningen. Generelt var personalet lidt svært at få fat, når man ville spørge om noget. Jeg måtte finde en facility manager efter at rengøringen havde ledt efter personalet til at checke os ud. Han ringede så til en leder, som blot bad os om at lægge nøglen på disken ved check out. Værelset var ok med fin seng. De andre møbler står og rokker lidt. Fin udsigt og direkte adgang til stranden fra terrassen. "
