"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was simple, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe, and it was easy to call Uber for rides. LIRR access was also convenient, which made traveling to New York City and Stony Brook very manageable. The highlight was the beautiful backyard, which made the place feel relaxing."

"The place was simple, clean, good heating and amenities such as fridge, coffee maker (tho only one pod for 2 nite stay. Thin walls so i could hear everything in main house but that was fine. Host was prompt in answers tho i kept getting them in spanish!? Would certainly come again. "

The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul."

"The area was iffy. The property around the building unkept. Inside all the doors for apts paint was pealing off them. Hallway floor were dirty. Sofa in apt was dirty. Limited ac. Only stayed as long as it took me to find a new place to stay. 15 minutes. This was not as advertised and would never recommend.
