"No outlet for a phone to plug in next to one side of the bed Frig freezer did not work Breakfast minimal protein"

"The property was basically fine. However, there were three in our party. We had only one bath towel in our room and enough shower gel for only one to shower. It was nearly impossible to make the room dark enough to sleep."

"Breakfast was just ok. Limited food, but there"

"The hotel (Mount Vernon Hotel and Event Center - no longer exists under this name) has changed management and did not allow us to stay. They said they credited out account, but I am still being charged the full amount by Expedia and it is, so far, very difficult to contact Expedia for a credit. We ended up...

"The room was clean, and it was recently updated and renovated. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the towels were soft. Also, it was helpful that the check-in person let me know that the restaurant that was across from the facilities was good. I made sure to go there and had dinner, and I definitely enjoyed myself. For a one-night stay, it was definitely worth it."
