"Lake Augusta cabins are a wonderful retreat perfectly situated. An hour from Minneapolis period period we stayed 3 different times this summer. "Overall: This property did exactly what it was meant to do- allow us to relax and enjoy eachothers company for a week! Cons of our stay though- The water is not swimmable, we had to travel to a near by lake to actually go swimming. The house did not include a table, so it was hard to play our card games. The kitchen included a breakfast bar with stools for eating meals but not great for playing games. The week that we stayed was the hottest of the year... no ones fault, just ended up that way....

"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The house is spotless and well appointed. The beds are so comfortable and the bedding was cozy. The setting is great with a huge yard and great access to the lake. Our grandchildren had so much fun swimming and they all caught fish off the dock! A great time for all!"

"The Kimball house has everything that is needed for a memorable get-away. We booked the house because of the accessibility with the ramp and first floor bedroom/bathroom.
