"Fantastic location in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter, but without the crazy noise! GREAT location and close to everything you want to explore in Hanoi. The hotel is not very big, which is very similar to other hotels in the city. Our room was great and had everything we neededd. The staff helped us book a trip to Ha Long Bay with a night on a cruise. All in all staff was very friendly and helpful Breakfast is at another hotel nearby. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. "

" Normally I don't give reviews for hotels. I stay at many hotels that I have gold status but this time at this hotel I simply want to tell something . The staffs and I express that all staffs are so nice and helpful as I have not experienced in other hotels. breakfast is varied so you don't get the same kind of breakfast every day. you get autentisk vietnamese breakfast too. The staff at breakfast were also sweet and helpful. The hotel also has a rooftop bar with 360 degree views of the city. The cocktails tasted amazing and again the staff at the rooftop bar were superb We really really enjoyed our stay. "

"I would like to start by saying that the staff were nice and helpful. But that is also the most positive thing I have to say about this hotel. We had booked our hotel room from January 10, 2026. I had contacted the hotel in advance that we would not arrive until early in the morning on January 11. But they had rented our room to someone else. We were assigned a family room without any windows. We could not get the room we had booked until after 12:00. We had booked a room with a "city view". But the only thing we had a view of was a wall. Maybe they should have just written that the room has a window. The breakfast buffet has a limited selection and twice during our stay we could not get a table and had to go out to eat."
