Room was small, prices are a bit steep especially for the massages. The hot tubs are seperate for men and women and close at 7pm

"Very disapointed with our stay. Hotel is out of date and is in need of severe modernization. Every 5 minutes, there is a huge 30 second mechanical sound, which almost shook the entire room, making it impossible to sleep despite ear plugs. Breakfast was poor and grossly overpriced. The only upside is the big parking space and easy access to the highway. "

"Enjoyed the fact Hotel Callista was creat of a private residence(mansion). Gave it a homey, comfortable feel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and the hotel in general were very clean. Would definitely stay at Callista again."
"The House of 1833 is a beautiful old home with an amazing collection of antiques. It is surrounded by old English style gardens. In late September we were a bit too early for fall colors. The owner is delightful and helpful and the food was wonderful! "
"The staff was amazing we needed housekeeping for a spill and they came right away. Unfortunately the big bummer was pool hours as we arrived after 5 and my plan was to swim and use the hot tub however closes at 6. I stayed there for the pool but otherwise everything was great"
"This place was a 12/10. A cute little inn right in downtown Mystic that was walkable to anything you could possibly need. The staff was great at both the inn and the attached restaurant, The Shipwright's Daughter. The building we stayed in did have musty smelling carpet in the hallways, uneven floors, and we had to climb the stairs to our room, none of which bothered us but could be a potential deal-breaker for some. We would definitely consider staying here again if we make it back up to...
