Private ferieboliger i Kharkiv

"Great staff and great place. My only gripe was that the showers were not always hot. Thats important to me in the heart of winter. There was no lift (elevator), so maybe not your first choice if you struggle with stairs."

"Pros: - Spacious and clean room with everything you need. - Delicious breakfast. You choose the main dish, the dessert and the drink. It is more like a proper restaurant meal rather than the hotel breakfast. Impressive. - Convenient location close to the city center and the airport. Cons: - Bad soundproofing: you can hear trams and cars from outside and music from another room. - You can feel a smell of smoke in the room even though the hotel is smoking free. Maybe some guests simply don’t...

"Fantastisk hotel"

"They gave away my reserved room. "

"good help from personale but bad from adminstration"

"Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. "

"Professional stuff made stay pleasant and comfortable. "

"It was excellent time, with good staff service."
