"The host was very communicative and thorough! We stayed during cold weather and appreciated the heated room, and the hot tub was so nice to use at the end of a long day! Extra blankets were provided too, which helped as we left the heat off the first night.The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which was a coveted asset!The host also left some chocolates which was a nice surprise and something I haven't seen with other VRBO stays.The only constructive feedback would be to stock the amenities...

"Everything was good except the hot water took a long time to get to the bathroom. While a hotel system to re-circulate the water might be a big expense, the cost might be offset by the expense of water. Otherwise we loved the space and location."

"William was friendly, prompt and courteous in accommodating us, and the lodging was private, quiet/peaceful and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. Convenient yet tucked away in a pleasantly upscale, quaint neighborhood, much prefer this experience over a hotel! We arrived late at night but it was easy to find, we had a large parking spot just steps from the well lit path/door. Accommodations were just as described and felt clean and safe.
