"Although this location is right on Orangeburg Ave, we enjoyed our stay. It was close to McHenry where you had access to lots of restaurants. The duplex was clean and spacious especially the master bedroom. We felt safe and would stay here again."

"Beautiful property in a safe, fantastic location in Modesto. Outdoor area with pool was beautiful. Pool wasn’t heated, so we didn’t actually go in, but we enjoyed sitting outside by it with coffee in the morning. Would recommend staying here. "

"We had a nice time at the Alpaca house. There were a few things not working properly at the time of our visit which was not ideal, but the house was clean and decorated beautifully and the exterior is very well taken care of. we enjoyed seeing the alpacas outside and I wish we would have had more time to schedule a tour to actually interact with them. Overall a very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. "
