Seas the Breeze is a laid-back island escape overlooking the pool, tucked within the lush grounds of Sunrise Suites, this tranquil two-bedroom condo blends peaceful surroundings with nearby adventure. With the shoreline just a short drive away and Old Town’s vibrant energy within easy reach, it’s the perfect balance of relaxation and exploration.



Inside, the space is designed for comfort and effortless vacation living. The open layout creates a relaxed atmosphere, while large windows and coastal touches bring in that unmistakable Key West feel. Guests can enjoy access to resort-style amenities including a temperature-controlled pool, bubbling spa, tennis courts, and scenic paths ideal for morning strolls or bike rides.



Designed with comfort and island living in mind, Seas the Breeze features a spacious and open plan inviting layout:



🛏️ Primary Bedroom: King bed with private en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet

🛏️ Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with private entry to the hallway bathroom, flat screen TV, large double door closet

🛋️ Living Area: Plush sofa that converts to a queen bed, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably

🧑‍🍳 Kitchen & Buffet Bar: Fully equipped kitchen: cookware, cutlery, oven, refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, dining sets, and much more... Buffet bar accommodates 4 guests.



Step out onto your private balcony with seating for 4, the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, unwind in the bright, tropical-inspired living space with cable TV and plenty of room to relax.

Each stay includes a parking space and is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Proximity to your vacation rental isn’t guaranteed, with potential for an additional spot based on availability. As guests at Sunrise Suites, parking is free of charge.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

*The nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. For groups of 5-6 guests, an additional guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies.

💬 We use the Lodgify messaging app as well as text messages to interact with our guests. We typically send your contactless entry instructions on the day of check-in. Depending on when you book, prior messages and texts will outline these additional instructions clearly.



*Sunset Vacation and Management homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only.



E-Bikes & E-Scooters: For fire and safety reasons, charging e-bikes, e-scooters, or other large lithium-ion batteries is not permitted inside the home or on porches, decks, or other areas attached to the home. Guests must make alternate charging arrangements.

*Cooler Rentals Available

For your convenience, we are happy to offer cooler rentals for the duration of your stay for a flat fee of $50. Available options include large, insulated coolers in approximately 70-quart capacity (40” x 18”) and 60-quart capacity (24” x 17”), as well as a rolling insulated cooler for easy transport. We also have a round YETI-style bucket cooler with an approximate 45-quart capacity.



*Complimentary drop-off and pick-up service is included, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience during your stay.
