Walk through the living area french doors to your private outdoor area with seating for 4, which is the perfect 5 o'clock happy hour retreat as the sultry breezes soothe your soul. Take a stroll through this attractive community which is just right around the corner from Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, Harry Truman’s Little White House and Truman Annex’s Waterfront Park. Swimming in the heated community pool is a great way to wash off the day and it's just around the corner from the unit. This home does offer covered parking for one vehicle. No vehicle length over 18’ long, including trailer hitches, or 80” wide is allowed on property.
