The 22 steps to the second floor have an easy rise and are good exercise. The other two condo units in this building are located on the first floor and are lived in by owner occupants. This is a quiet complex and I ask all guests of my condo to observe all condo rules and regulations including honoring quiet time policies. Pets are not permitted.
