Located on one of the island's most tranquil and welcoming lanes, this jewel is perfect for those who desire separate sleeping quarters, allowing privacy for the host and guests alike. You are off the beaten path in this serene backdrop, yet close enough to walk or bike ride to the fabulous restaurants, museums or galleries of historic Old Town and the seaport. There is a Ring doorbell located on the front door of this home for security purposes.

DETAILS & AMENITIES....
Your stress melts away as you step inside the open living area with its airy vaulted ceiling, classic Dade Pine walls, large windows, and French doors that invite the sunlight's shifting light inside. The two cottages flank the private 12" X 18" pool and have their own entry doors from the off-street parking space through a faux wall, offering additional privacy. The well-equipped kitchen features a pass-through to the deck and pool area, perfect for entertaining your friends and family.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS....
The primary queen bedroom resides in the main house and offers a double entry shower bathroom and a working desk area for your convenience. Each of the cottages offers a full bed. One of the cottages is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink area and the other cottage features a sink area.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Who doesn't love an outdoor shower when vacationing in Paradise? Your outdoor oasis also comes with a sparkling pool as its centerpiece, where you can enjoy hours of simple pleasures, unwinding under the stars with a frosty cocktail, and feasting on your culinary creations at the outdoor seating area. The pool comes heated in the cooler months and can be chilled in the warmer months upon request. Enjoy 2 bicycles to tool around town with.

This home offers off street parking for 1 vehicle.

MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)
Pet fee (if applicable)

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
