Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: The canal is 20-feet deep, but there is a 4-foot-deep bar at the end of the canal. The boat dock can accommodate up to a 50-foot boat, but then it blocks the private boat ramp if it is that long. It may be difficult to launch or pull out a boat on the boat ramp at low tide, depending upon the height of the trailer and the draft of the boat. Canal access leads to the Gulf of Mexico side. Shark Key Boat Ramp offers public-use boat ramp facilities for Atlantic access .3 m away.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
