2nd Level - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room (65” TV), dining area, washer and dryer. One of the bedrooms is considered another primary style room. Large Balcony.
3rd Level - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with large jacuzzi-style tub, and large balcony.

Master bedroom has a Queen size bed
1st bedroom has 2 twin size beds that can be connected to make King size bed
2nd bedroom has 2 twin size beds that can be connected to make King size bed
3rd bedroom has queen size bed (Considered another primary bedroom)
4th bedroom is the entire 3rd floor providing privacy with a Queen size bed and spacious balcony.

Our backyard is mostly private as there are trees and shrubs separating both sides of this duplex.

Outside Amenities:
4 new lounge chairs in the backyard.
Large wood flooring with Dining table with bench, pool table, ping-pong table, dart board, and large sofa all under cover.
Water, electric, hoses and fish cleaning table + bait freezer, and Ice Freezer

Full set of appliances + pots/pans etc in the kitchen and Keurig + classic coffee makers, blender.
Washer/dryer on the 2nd floor main level.
Extra sheets and towels in the closets. Beach towels too!

Other things to note
If there are any issues with cleanliness or broken items, it must be reported to the property manager with a few hours on the day of arrival.
Key Colony requires certain forms to be rented prior to checking-in. If you do not sign these forms by 2 days prior to check-in, your reservation is at risk of being cancelled.
