On the main level, you'll find a light and airy living room with a large sectional sofa, ideal for relaxing or enjoying entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen, dining area, work space, laundry, and a guest suite with a queen-sized bed complete the main level. Upstairs, the expansive primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a private oceanfront balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual vanities, and ample storage. Also on the top floor is the kids' room with two twin beds and a guest bathroom.

Key Colony Point is perfectly appointed next to Sunset Park on Key Colony Beach in the Middle Keys. Residing at MM 53.5 on US Highway 1; we are less than an hour scenic drive on the Overseas Highway to Key West, just 70 miles from mainland Miami, 30 minutes from the fishing town of Islamorada and we rest in the heart of Marathon! Expanding into the Atlantic Ocean, Key Colony Beach has several mom-and-pop boutique shops, local waterfront restaurants, marinas with charters, boat rentals and water activities, multiple parks, playgrounds, and a 9 hole 3-par golf course. We even have a seasonal Farmer’s Market on Tuesdays 9a-2p within 4 minutes walking distance!
Wake up and stroll around our laid back neighborhood or take a quick drive over to the old 7 Mile Bridge! Less than 15 minutes from our property you will find grocery stores, shopping, ice vending machines, bait and tackle shops, docks, parks, and all the watersport activities your friends and family could ask for! The Middle Keys has a wide range of bars, restaurants, fishing charters, snorkel trips, sunset cruises, parasailing, kayaking, eco-tours, beaches, walking trails, an aquarium, and so much more! Pool:
Our 45’ x 20’ pristine oceanfront pool and hot tub with loungers, chairs, tables, and umbrellas is open from 8am to dusk. Our outdoor shower makes it easy to transition from a day on the beach or out on the boat to relaxing poolside in our heated/chilled waters!
Sports Court:
Open 8am to 10pm our sports court is available for guests on a first come, first serve basis and features tennis, pickle ball and a basketball court. Inside the court you’ll find a bin with the sports equipment needed… no need to bring your own!
Fishing Pier:
Our fishing pier is one of a kind! With a permit to fish included, the pier is open to all (no reserving) and features fish cleaning stations, hoses, and fishing pole holders. Under-dock lights attract all types of sea-life, perfect for an evening cast. Boats may only pick-up and drop off... overnight docking and extended periods is not permitted.
Beach:
We have several different waterfront areas, including a pocket beach with sand-access into the pristine blue waters that make the Florida Keys so special. We also have a small coral path down into the water for wading, various lounge chairs in sandy waterfront areas, and a spacious seawall where you can catch both the sunrise and sunset. Please note we do not have additional beach chairs or umbrellas for off-site, but are happy to refer you to some of our local vacation supply partners.
Bicycles:
We have several bike racks around property and encourage guests to rent and store, or bring your own bike during your stay. Key Colony Beach is a great biking town!
Grills:
All of our units have well-equipped kitchens but there are two gas-grilling areas on property for your fresh catch or favorite meal! Our Tiki Grill is located near the sports court and our two Oceanfront Grills are located nearest South Point, all accompanied by picnic tables and trash cans.
Parking:
Each unit has reserved, assigned parking for one vehicle in a covered garage. Units 1-10 have stair access into the unit. Units 21-37 have both stair and elevator access, we do have carts available in the garage for luggage assistance.
TV & Cable:
Stay connected with high-speed wireless internet available throughout the property and for your condo. Each of our condos has over 100 cable channels on HD TVs, additional services may be available upon owner’s discretion. WiFi details will be provided clearly inside the unit.
Pets:
Although we are not pet-friendly, we are happy to make suggestions for nearby boarding.
Occupancy: 4-6 people max
Typically, during season, our bookings are Saturday to Saturday with availability up to a year in advance, but please feel free to reach out directly to and we will happily look at any amendments in our availability for your stay. Please note that our property does have a 7 night minimum, exceptions to this minimum are not permitted for our association.
