Welcome to Continental Inn Condominiums in Key Colony Beach, Florida known as “The gem of the Florida Keys.” Our Non-smoking Condominium is fully equipped and furnished to meet your vacation needs. You are only minutes away from the boating, fishing, snorkeling and diving North Americas only living coral reef. Our Tropical Paradise is perfect for a quiet/romantic get-away or a fun-filled vacation with family and/or friends.
Our oceanfront property includes a private heated pool and private beach retreat on the Atlantic Ocean.
Guest condos are just steps away from a refreshing swim in the heated pool or ocean. Bring your own or rent a locally delivered kayak or paddleboard that can be launched directly from our beach.
Our Continental Inn Condominium units include fully equipped kitchens, secure WIFI, cable T.V., tiki huts on the beach with gas grills. Coin washers and dryers for guest use are available on the right side of the building prior to entering the breezeway from the parking lot.
The City of Key Colony Beach is a tropical island paradise, located in the Heart of the Florida Keys centrally located between Key Largo and Key West. Drive 45 miles to Key West and spend the day shopping and dining, visit many famous pubs, historic sites and watch the sunset from Mallory Square.
Amenities in the City of Key Colony Beach include several restaurants, clothing and gift shops, marina with fishing charters, dive and snorkel trips, boat rentals, 9-hole golf course, children's playground, pickle or bocce ball and tennis. View spectacular Florida sunsets at Sunset Park just around the corner from the Continental Inn.

Florida Keys Wildlife Adventures await you, just within 7 miles from our beautiful city! The Dolphin Research Center, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Crane Point Hammock and The Turtle Hospital.

Beautiful spot with everything we needed. Managment treated me like i was a child and acted a little sketchy towards me for using the propain grill . Guessing they had a bad experience with someone else, but no big deal Besides that 0 issues loved every minute of mini season in this location .

Short getaway

We enjoyed our stay and used it to explore the mid and lower keys. The unit was thoroughly equipped, clean, and well layed out- it shows a lot of thought and care by the owner. We would definitely enjoy staying here again, and highly recommend it.

Great Location and Great Stay

We had a very enjoyable vacation. Prior to arrival, you are sent a listing of recommended restaurants and activities, which was very helpful. Also the combo lock entry was very helpful, as we arrived in the middle of the night due to flight delays. Next time we are avoiding the Key West airport in the spring due to very long flight delays on both ends of the trip.

An honest review

The unit was clean and neatly organized upon check-in. It was moderately equipped. We appreciated that coffee filters were provided. Salt was provided. The kitchen needs a spice rack provided (or pepper and seasoning salt at minimum). Beach chairs/umbrella were not provided but would've been handy during our stay. Beach towels were supplied. The beds were not very supportive nor comfortable. After 3 nights, everyone had sore backs. The note on the wall behind the kitchen sink says that there's a $25 fee if dishes aren't washed and put away before check-out. The property description does not advertise a dishwasher. However, it would be more transparent if this was in the listing. Check out time at 10 am. Check-in information was received in a timely manner. The host was responsive to questions. The location is great. It is a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores.

Love!

Absolutely our favorite stop in our many stops in the keys. Very laid back and nice atmosphere at the beach area. We enjoyed walking to the local restaurants and bars in the area, and sunset beach did not disappoint! We will definitely be back!

Amazing!!

Went to celebrate my 60th bday and it was perfect. Had everything you needed and some. Right next to beach, pool and sunset park. Great quiet neighborhood for taking walks and bike rides. Close to shopping but far enough away from noise. We will be back, perfect location for what we were looking for.

Perfect condo by the beach

We had a lovely stay in a perfect property (No. 29). Right by a small beach and a nice pool. The apartment was lovely and bright, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only addition that would have been useful would be a couple of beach chairs that we could borrow for when we went out and about. I have scored the 'Check in process' as only 2 stars because I was not happy to have to sign a Waiver before we were allowed on the property or gain the door access code. This felt very concerning to us but we had no choice but to sign. Otherwise the check in was very simple.

Amazing trip!!

We stayed in room #29. It was decorated very nicely and the kitchen was completely stocked with every pot, pan, plate, cup bowl and utensil needed to make a gourmet meal. The closet had lots of extra linens and even some sand toys for the kiddos to use while we stayed. The private beach is literally steps from the door and you can watch the sunrise right from your balcony. The pool is very clean and the tiki huts and tables were perfect to get out of the hot sun. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the fact that the pool closes 30 minutes prior to sunset. It would have been nice to have that as an after dinner option if you wanted to take a swim and not get sandy. Overall our week long stay was fantastic and we had an amazing time.

Our own personal beach

Had a great stay! Loved having the beach right out our door! Enjoyed snorkeling and just hanging out in the water. The room was nice and had everything we needed. We will definitely return!

A great anniversary trip!

We really enjoyed our stay here to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary! It was very clean and had a cute, beachy decor. The property is well kept with a nice little beach area to relax watch boats go by, and a nice warm pool! The location of this condo was also a great central location as we traveled about to explore Islamorada, Marathon, Big Pine, and Key West!

Excellent, super comfy stay in Keys

This was our 3rd trip to the Keys. This condo is super comfy. The kitchen probably has more utensils than my own kitchen (but no dishwasher :-) ). It is well stocked. The man-made beach and chairs were just divine. The sunrises from this site... WOW!!! We will look at this property if we ever visit the Keys again.
