"The hotel is in an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from the port. It is very clean, with plenty of great restaurants and bike rental shops nearby. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely go out of their way to make sure guests are taken care of. Every time we came downstairs, we were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed anything or had any questions. They were always happy to help with ferry schedules, bus information, and recommendations around the island....
"Having just stayed at Hoshinoya Tokyo, I had high expectations. The cleanliness at Hoshinoya Tokyo is clinical. The cleanliness at Hoshinoya Okinawa is questionable. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is stunning. But no staff ever come and tidy up people's leftover towels etc. However, I would return."

Service and hotel was good. In the middle of nowhere with very dark roads (not made for pedestrians) so definitely need a car. Or do like us and walk around on the roads and take taxi at night. Took the bus there. Not easy but manageable.
