The host provided clean and comfortable bedding, towels, and toiletries. The location was perfect and convenient to all major highways, with plenty of parking. "

"The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. "

"The property was wonderful, so clean, well stocked and spacious. Love having a full bath for every bedroom. Owner communication is stellar! Property is great alternative to DC hotels and minutes from downtown. Renters just need to be prepared for construction in houses along the street/next door. The property is on a side street that gets a lot of traffic cutting through to the nearby interstate exit. "We had a really lovely time at Patricia's suite. We only stayed for one night, but we found that the suite was easy to access, the bed was very comfortable. I loved browsing through the little library in the bedroom. We had no trouble parking and it is a very cute neighborhood with restaurants a short walk away. "

"The apartment was just as advertised. We liked its charm and the quirks of staying in a cute little row house. We got metro/bus passes and enjoyed getting to know DC as locals. We walked 5-8 min to the NoMa Metro stop on the Red line every morning, took the metro and bus everywhere we wanted to go and walked back home from the Metro station each night.
