"I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"We had a lovely stay in Bath at this property. It was perfectly located, and had everything we needed for a stay with our family of four (two parents and two teen children). A couple quick adjustments/additions could have made it more cozy, however. We would have appreciated more towels, pillows, and blankets. The mattresses were fairly hard, so something as easy as a mattress topper would help."

The only constructive advice I could give you would be to say that it was a little bit chilly in the evenings as we sat downstairs prior to departing for dinner and it was the next morning when we got up and we adjusted the heat at those moments nothing seemed to happen to change the temperature.. the only other thing I had is that a dust pan would be useful for sweeping the floor in the kitchen"
