I had a lovely time just getting away from everything, but you can’t take the city out of the girl so it was nice that I could access shops easily as well. Honestly, if you’re looking for a low stress way to escape the world for a few days, this spot is what you need."

"Extremely disappointing stay at Lucas Parklands. This was a very expensive booking , and unfortunately the property did not match the standard you would expect at that price point. The house had a strong musty smell, with mould present in the bathroom. Bedlinen and towels also carried the same damp odour. The dishwasher was rusty, and dishes needed to be washed before use.
